Refund policy

  • We're sorry to hear that our products didn't meet your expectations.
  • We trust that you did your research before choosing our products.
  • Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for opened products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

If your product arrived damaged during delivery, please email us within 48 hours of receiving it at care@oriveorganics.com, and we'll send you a replacement product. To ensure a smooth process, include the following details in your email:

  • Order/Invoice number
  • Photos showing any damage to the courier or the product (if it's not sealed, leaking, or broken)
  • Clear images or videos of any non-sealed, leaking, or broken products
  • Images or videos showing any spillage, the product's outer packaging, and the mono-carton
  • Photos showing any tampering with the product
  • Make sure the images or videos clearly display the batch details, as we need them to process your request.

After receiving your email, please allow us 5 working days to send you a replacement product. We're here to help!
