 Q: What is your Online Return Policy?

If you are not satisfied with product ordered, or are disappointed with the product or service, we would like to know your feedback in order to be able to serve you better.
We strongly believe in the quality of our products and wish for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if your product is damaged during delivery, please send us an email with the following details, within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will issue a product exchange for any product that is damaged.

Images or videos to support the complaint with Batch details clearly visible as below, without which we cannot process the request
In case the product is not sealed/ leakage/ broken products –clear images or video of the non-sealed/ leaking/ broken products along with clear images or video of spillage (if any), mono-carton, and outer packaging images too. Please also send images to show the seal has been tampered with if that is the claim along with the above.
In case the product received is empty or the volume of the product is less or the product is missing in the package or a wrong product has been delivered- clear images or video of the empty/ faulty/ product with less volume/ or the product missing/ or wrong product delivered along with clear images or video of spillage (if any wherever applicable), mono-carton and outer packaging images too.
In case the internal packaging and the outer packaging received is very dirty- clear images or video of the complete open package received along with clear images or video of the mono-carton and outer packaging

Once all the details are received, it would take our team 3 working days to revert on the complaint/ query/ issue. In case an exchange is approved for your complaint, you will be informed of the same with an authorization number, and a reverse pick-up of the product will be arranged. In the case of a product refund, once your request is approved the refund will reflect in your account within 10-15 days and you will be 

Q: How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email on care@oriveorganics.com or call on our Customer Care on 8800568654 (Timings: 9:30 am-5 pm IST), within 24 hours of placing the order.

Q: How will I get a refund for my cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

For pre-paid orders that have not yet been shipped, your order will be cancelled within 24 hours of your request and reflect as per your bank guidelines, which is usually within 10 business days. For all orders that have been delivered, we do not entertain cancellation requests unless the product is received damaged. Q: By when can I expect delivery of my order?

While we will endeavor to deliver your order at the earliest, The order is shipped within 2-3 days of it receiving.


Q: What if I receive an incomplete, incorrect or damaged order?

While we try our best to fulfill your orders correctly, in the best manner possible, for any complaints you may have, with regards to your order, please contact our Customer Care within 7 business days of your order delivery, for prompt resolution. In the extremely rare occasion where you receive a product with tampered/open packaging, please inform our Customer Care within 2 business days of receipt, with supporting images if applicable, so we can best address your concern.
