ORDERING & PAYMENT

  • How do I place an order?
    To place an order, browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide your shipping details and choose a payment method. After confirming your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • Can I ship the products to an address different from my billing address?
    Yes, you can enter a different shipping address during the checkout process.
  • How do I know that my order is confirmed?
    Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email and a WhatsApp message with your order details, including a tracking link to monitor your shipment.
  • Do I need an account to place an order?
    No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows for a faster checkout experience in the future and access to exclusive member benefits.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). 
  • What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?
    Cash on Delivery (COD) allows you to pay for your purchase in cash at the time of delivery. This option is available for a minimal fee of ₹100 per COD order.
  • Why was my order payment rejected?
    Payment rejection can occur due to various reasons such as incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or technical issues. Ensure that your card details are correct and that there are sufficient funds before retrying.
  • How safe is it to use my Debit/Credit card on Orive Organics?
    We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways to ensure your personal and payment information is protected.
  • How do I apply a Gift Voucher/Promotional code?
    Enter the code in the designated field at checkout. The discount will be automatically applied to your order.
  • I forgot my password, what can I do?
    Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password via email.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • How does the delivery process work?
    Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link to monitor your package’s journey.
  • What is the range of locations to which you ship?
    We ship across India. For specific details on your location, please enter your pin code at checkout.
  • How can I track my order?
    You will receive an email and WhatsApp message with your tracking information once your order is shipped. You can also track your order in the "My Account" section of our website.
  • How are the items packaged at Orive Organics?
    Our products are carefully packed in eco-friendly materials to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
  • When can I expect delivery of my order?
    Delivery times vary based on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. Remote locations may take longer.
  • What if I receive an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged order?
    You can contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 8800568654 or care@oriveorganics.com. We’ll promptly resolve the issue, whether it involves sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES

    • What is your return policy?
      Our return policy allows for product exchanges or replacement if the product is damaged during delivery. 
  • How can I request for a replacement. 
    1. To initiate a replacement, please do the following 
    2. Inspect Your Package:
      1. Upon receiving your package, please inspect it carefully for any signs of damage.
    3. Report the Damage:
      1. If you find any damage, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
      2. Contact our customer support team at care@oriveorganics.com or call on our Customer Care on 8800568654 (Timings: 9:30 am-5 pm IST), within 24 hours of placing the order.
        Provide Details:
      3. Include your Order Number and a description of the damage in your email or message.
      4. Attach clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Ensure that the photos are well-lit and show the extent of the damage clearly.
    4. Assessment and Approval:
      1. Our team will review your request and photos within 2 business days.
      2. If approved, we will provide you with a new order number for the replacement product
      • Replacement:
        • Once your new order no is created, your product will be shipped in the next 3-5 business days.
  • Please Note:

    • Replacement are provided only in cases of transit damage.
    • Replacements reported beyond 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible.
    • How do I cancel my order?
      If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email on care@oriveorganics.com or call on our Customer Care on 8800568654 (Timings: 9:30 am-5 pm IST), within 24 hours of placing the order.
    • How will I get a refund for my cancelled orders, and how long will it take?
      Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

    PRODUCTS & INGREDIENTS

    • Are Orive Organics products safe for sensitive skin?
      Yes, Orive works on the principles of 3 N – Natural, Non Toxic and No Animal Cruelty. Our products are formulated with natural, gentle ingredients suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. You can find a section on our website dedicated to different skin types—simply click on your skin type, and we'll recommend products specifically for you. However, we do recommend performing a patch test before use.
    • Are your products cruelty-free?
      Absolutely! We are committed to being cruelty-free and do not test our products on animals.
    • What should I do if I experience an allergic reaction?
      Please do a patch test of every product before use. While we use all safe and natural ingredients, people can be intolerant to natural things also. Discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor.
    • Can I order a product that is "Out of Stock"?
      If a product is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified when it becomes available again. Simply click the "Notify Me" option on the product page.
    • How do I know which product is right for me?
      We provide detailed product descriptions and ingredient lists on each product page to help you make an informed decision. You can also reach out to us if you need any skincare tips and personalized recommendations.

    • What are Orive Organics' sustainability practices?
      We are committed to sustainable practices, from sourcing natural ingredients to using eco-friendly packaging. We aim to minimize our environmental impact at every step of the production process.
    • Are your products vegan?
      All our products are vegan, and this is clearly indicated on the product page.
      1. How can I recycle Orive Organics packaging?

        To recycle Orive Organics packaging, please follow these steps:
      2. Wrap the bottles/jars in old paper and place them in a corrugated box to protect them during transit.
      3. Ensure the bottles/jars are well-protected with paper to prevent any damage. This helps avoid any risk to the delivery crew.
      4. Email us your request, and we will send you a shipping label. Print the label and attach it to your box. Our team will arrange a pick-up.
  • Inform us of a suitable time for the pick-up. Once we receive the intact empty bottles/jars, we'll send you a coupon code to use for discounts on future purchases.

  • Do you offer any refills or bulk options?
    We currently do not offer refills, but we do offer bulk purchasing options. If you’re interested in buying in larger quantities, please contact us for more details on bulk pricing and availability.
