A skincare routine is known as a certain
number of steps that include cleansing, hydrating, treating, and protecting. You’re shedding skin cells throughout the day, so it’s important to keep your skin glowing and in good condition. A skincare routine will help you maintain healthy skin. We are sharing a skincare routine suitable to all skin types.
Day Skincare Routine –
Cleanser– A face wash will cleanse away the dirt. Cleansers have a low pH level. Lower the pH, the higher the chances of your skin being healthy
Toner – Toner removes any residue left behind by the cleanser as well as any makeup or oils your cleanser might have missed.
Moisturizer – After cleansing your skin, apply a moisturizer on your skin. It keeps your skin moist, hydrated, scented, soft, and keeps it nourished.
Sunscreen – Use sunscreen if you are going outdoors. It prevents the skin from the ultraviolet radiation of the skin. Use a sunscreen product that has an SPF of at least 30 or is between 30 and 50. It helps prevent discoloration, blotchy patches, and skin inflammation.
Night Skincare Routine –
Scrub -Before going to bed, exfoliate your skin. Exfoliation sheds off dead skin cells, generates new skin cells, and acts as a purifier. Exfoliation lets your skin breathe.
Serum – A serum is a transparent and thin substance that is absorbed easily when applied to the skin. Serums help in keeping the skin hydrated, smooth, bright, and young.
Eye Cream– Eye creams are meant to help keep the eye area moisturized and hydrated in order to prevent and control the signs of skin damage and aging.
Night Cream – Nights creams act as moisturizers and blood circulators throughout the night. It keeps your skin texture from getting sagged. Night creams keep the skin from drying out at night time.
